System Requirements for QuickBooks Mac 2013

Basic requirement for using QuickBooks on your Mac 2013 on your Mac are listed below. It should be the minimum system hardware configuration of your Mac to run QuickBooks 2013 seamlessly on your machine:
• Mac OS X v10.7 (Lion) or v10.8 (Mountain Lion)
• Intel Core 2 Duo or higher required
• For multi users, Intel Core 2 Duo or higher processor for running server
• At minimum of 2GB RAM, and 4GB RAM is recommended for optimal performance
• An optical disk drive for installing QuickBooks
• A minimum of 250 MB disk space

QuickBooks for Mac 2013 had been officially discontinued by Inuit on May 31, 2016 along with QuickBooks desktop 2013. You will not be able to best use this software. Services in QB Mac 2013 such as basic, standard, enhanced or assisted payroll, employee organizer, worker’s camp, view my paycheck, QuickBooks merchant service, automatic credit card billing, check solution, bill pay, billing solution, Intuit payment network, accountant’s copy file transfer (ACFT), contributed reports, online banking, enterprise solution full service plan (FSP), live technical support and online backups are no longer functions. This means that the software is left with no life and probably it’s time for an upgrade.
